HOUSEKEEPING CLEANING
I provide staff for the following housekeeping services:

Regular training not only enables staff and employers to be aware of best practice, but it ensures staff are kept motivated, organised and improves the standard.
I offer in-house training for small to medium businesses who do not require a full time in-house trainer for their cleaning staff. This has proven to be useful to many small teams, who may already be overwhelmed with the day-to-day running of their business in other departments.
I also train on effective customer services, encouraging staff to build good rapport with customers, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with on-going corrective training.
HOUSEKEEPING QUALITY ASSURANCE
This is a separate service in which your staff can be assessed to see if the quality of cleaning meets your brand standard. This can be in line with housekeeping training, or an additional service.
My role as a quality assurance auditor is to spot check and produce feedback and suggestions on how to improve, ultimately increasing the overall rating of the company.
It is also imperative to ensure that the quality is maintained across all properties within your business, which is why I can visit multiple sites and produce an overall analysis.
This process of performance monitoring can be easily measured, and explained to new team members at the beginning of their training.
HOUSEKEEPING HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING
Whilst conducting health and safety training, I go through the checklist with new team members, and ensure they understand the importance of complying with industry standard.
These checklists include the following areas:
Risk assessment of each task
Working at height
Manual handling
Operating equipment
COSHH
Personnal protective equipment
Working and Staying safe etc
HOUSEKEEPING NVQ ASSESSOR
Using my extensive industry experience and qualifications, I offer training and assessment to those who wish to obtain an NVQ qualification.
These qualifications can take place in the workplace, where I can visit company sites and assist students in building their portfolios and prepare them for their assessments.
Employees who receive qualifications are workers who are more likely to stay within a company, I can be on board to assist in reducing the rate of staff turnover.
